GetReliefRX is committed to providing transparent policies regarding refunds, order cancellations, and subscription management. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how medication orders, subscription services, and order processing are handled through the GetReliefRX platform.

Medication Refund Policy

Because prescription medications are regulated healthcare products, refunds are generally not available once a medication has been dispensed or shipped. This policy helps ensure medication safety and regulatory compliance.

If you believe there has been an error with your order or you received a defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Errors and Defective Products

If you receive a medication that appears to be incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact GetReliefRX customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review the issue and may request additional information, such as photos of the packaging or product, to assist in evaluating the situation. If an error or defect is confirmed, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or other corrective action.

Order Cancellation Before Processing

Orders may be eligible for cancellation before they have been processed or dispensed by the pharmacy.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer support as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund of the order amount.

Once an order has been processed or dispensed, cancellation may no longer be possible due to pharmacy and regulatory requirements.

Delivery Issues and Investigation

If you have not received your order within 14 days of the expected delivery date, please contact customer support so that we can investigate the issue.

Our team may work with the shipping carrier and pharmacy partner to determine the status of the order and identify the appropriate resolution. In some cases, orders may be eligible for replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Safe Disposal of Unused Medications

Unused or expired prescription medications should be disposed of safely to prevent misuse or environmental contamination.

GetReliefRX recommends taking leftover medications to a local pharmacy medication disposal bin or authorized medication take-back program. Many pharmacies, hospitals, and community programs provide secure disposal options for prescription medications.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription service, you may manage or cancel your subscription through your My Account page or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and any orders already processed for that cycle may still be fulfilled and shipped. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before the upcoming renewal date.
