From medication instructions and provider messaging to prescription fulfillment and delivery updates, the dashboard helps patients stay informed throughout their Telehealth care journey. Treatment decisions and dosing schedules are determined by licensed healthcare providers following an online medical evaluation.

You’ll receive a notification by email and text that you have a message from your provider with approval or further question. You can access your message portal in your account.
Log in to your account to complete your next step. You’ll see a banner at the top of your dashboard, and under the subscriptions tab, you’ll be able to confirm and purchase the medication prescribed.
Once approved, your prescription is filled and shipped directly to your door (please allow up to 7 days).
You’ll be paired with a health coach to guide you on your journey, free of charge. They are there for questions, motivational lift and tips to help you along your journey.

If you plan to be out of the country or need to hold off on medications due to medical reasons, we can put your account on hold or postpone your renewal to a date of your choice. Holds are really used for emergencies, but we understand that priorities may require you to hold off for a month or two.
