What Happens Next?

  1. Complete Health Assessment: Click "Continue" to fill out a brief health assessment for review by your state-licensed healthcare professional.
  2. Prescribe: Once your health assessment is completed and submitted, your provider will review your assessment and determine tbe best weight-loss medication with your health in mind. If they have any questions they will message you on our secure messaging portal on the Messages tab on your account page.
  3. Subscribe: You'll receive an email and text message notifying you of a secure message once the provider has made their decision. If approved, when you log in, a banner will appear letting you know which medication your provider has approved for you and a button with a link to purchase your prescription.
  4. Meet With Your Coach: Coaching is included free with your subscription. Once subscribed, a coach will contact you to provide the added support you may need on your weight-loss journey.
